Wrap each hosta shoot in 1 slice of bacon. If you're working with smaller shoots, cut the bacon in half.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil, and place the bacon wrapped hosta shoots on the tray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 25 minutes. *see note
Notes
*Smaller hosta shoots cook much faster, and everyone's preference on bacon "done-ness" is different. Cook the bacon wrapped shoots until the bacon is done to your liking, which could be as little as 10 minutes or as much as 25. Keep an eye on it.
