Almond Flour Pancakes (Grain Free & Keto)

These simple almond flour pancakes cook up quickly and keep you full all day.

Ingredients

cups
almond flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
salt
2
eggs
beaten
3/4
cup
almond milk
unsweetened, Or a milk of your choice
Instructions
Mix almond flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Whisk in eggs and almond milk.
Spoon onto a hot griddle, using about 1/4 to 1/3 cup for small silver dollar pancakes. (Smaller pancakes makes flipping easier.)
Cook for a minute or two before flipping. Flip when the bubbles form and pop on one side, leaving holes showing the batter is cooking through.
Cook on the second side and then remove to a plate to serve.
Notes
Recipe makes 12 silver dollar pancakes (about 3 inches).
